These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the web platform solmadi.com, owned by Solmadi S.A.C., a company incorporated and registered in the Republic of Peru with RUC 20612847359.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Solmadi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of the provisions contained herein, we ask that you do not use our platform.
2. Nature of the service
Solmadi is a platform of an exclusively educational and informational nature, aimed at promoting financial literacy among Peruvian citizens. The content published on our platform: • Does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. • Does not replace consultation with qualified and duly registered professionals. • Is of a general nature and does not consider your individual financial situation. Solmadi does not provide financial services of any kind.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited: • Reproducing, distributing, or modifying content without prior written authorization. • Using the platform to transmit unlawful, offensive material, or material that infringes third-party rights. • Attempting to access restricted areas of the system or interfere with its operation. • Using robots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract content.
4. Intellectual property
All platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Solmadi S.A.C. or its licensors and is protected by Peruvian and international intellectual property laws. The "Solmadi" brand and its logo are registered trademarks of Solmadi S.A.C. with the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).
5. Limitation of liability
Solmadi shall not be liable for: • Financial decisions made based on the platform's educational content. • Losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure. • Content of third-party websites linked from our platform. Potential returns mentioned in educational materials are adjusted for risks and do not guarantee future results.
6. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this platform, and by Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law.
7. Modifications
Solmadi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from the moment of their publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance thereof.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Judicial District of Lima.
